Implementation

One-time fee covers connector setup, data integration with your PSS/GDS, and ontology mapping to your network. Typical timeline: 4-8 weeks.

Outcome alignment (optional)

For customers who want it, we offer a gainshare layer on documented route P&L improvement above your pre-Krila baseline. Capped, predictable, and only charged on results we can both attribute.

Design Partner Program

We’re working with a small group of carriers as design partners through Q3 2026. Design partners get:

  • 90-day pilot on one module, fixed-fee
  • Pilot fee credited toward year-1 subscription on conversion
  • Direct line to the founder and product team
  • Influence on the product roadmap
